NOTE: ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Reservations

Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
We require payment in full at time of reservation.
One (1) camping unit per campsite.
Base Rate includes two (2) adults and four (4) children age 18 and younger on all campsites and (6) persons in all rentals. Children must reside in the household.
Day guests are $8/day for both adults and children.
Overnight guests are $12/night for both adults and children.
Children age four (4) and under are free.
Additional vehicles are $3/day.
Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends require a three night minimum to book.
$3/night upcharge for Friday and Saturday nights.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for the following are nonrefundable and are not eligible for a camping credit:
- Seasonal reservations
- Holiday weekends
For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be returned as a camping credit less a $50.00 processing fee.
For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy with Assurance Cancellation Protection

For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.
For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.

Check-In and Check-Out

Hassle-free check-in with an escort to your site is available.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins.
All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.
To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.

- Take I-90 to Exit B3 (in New York) and Route 22 South. Follow Route 22 South for 19 miles to Farm Road. Take a right onto Farm Road, 2 miles to Camp Waubeeka Family Campground, on the right.
Directions from I-84:
- Take Exit 20 to Route 22 North. Follow Route 22 North to Copake. Take a left onto Route 7A for 1/4 mile, and then bear right onto Farm Road. Follow Farm Road for 1/2 mile to Camp Waubeeka Family Campground, on the left.
