Reservations

Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
We require payment in full at time of reservation.
One (1) camping unit per campsite.
Base Rate includes two (2) adults and four (4) children age 18 and younger on all campsites and six (6) persons in all rentals. Children must reside in the household.
Day guests are $8/day for both adults and children.
Overnight guests are $12/night for both adults and children.
Children age four (4) and under are free.
Additional vehicles are $3/day.
Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends require a three night minimum to book.
$3/night upcharge for Friday and Saturday nights.
Additonal charges may apply for weekend rental reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for the following are nonrefundable and are not eligible for a camping credit:
- Seasonal reservations
- Holiday weekends
For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be returned as a camping credit less a $50.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy with Assurance Cancellation Protection

For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.

Site check-in time: 2:00 p.m. Site check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Cabin check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Cabin check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Please note we are on Eastern Standard Time.
All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.
To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 12:00 p.m.

Indiana Beach Amusement Resort
Indiana's largest amusement resort and vacation playground offers the perfect family vacation or one day outing including thrilling amusement rides, 6 great coasters, 6 water slides and action river, great food, shopping, thrill ski shows and much more.
Mountain Water Works and Fun Center
Located at the Indiana Beach Camp Resort, you will find fun for the whole family. Visit the arcade, or play miniature golf. Spend the day at the Mountain Water Works, but be prepared to get wet!
Lake Shafer and Lake Freeman - The Monticello area offers two great lakes for fishing, boating, jet skiing and water skiing. Each lake is filled with several varieties of fish, many of them in the state record category. Boat launching or boat and jet ski rental is available.
Tippecanoe Country Club
is located five miles north of Monticello on West Shafer Drive. This course is a championship type golf course and sits on Lake Shafer. The course is a Par 72 and was opened in 1921.
Pine View Golf Course
is located two miles north of Monticello on West Shafer Drive. This course is a Par 72 and offers 18 holes.
Lake Shore Drive In Theatre
Take the family to Lake Shore Drive-In Movie Theatre and see two movies for the price of one. Located on North Main & Rickey Road in Monticello.
Twin Lakes Cinema
is located in downtown Monticello. They offer everyday low prices and matinees on Saturday and Sunday.
Whyte Horse Winery
Whyte Horse Winery is located at 1510 S. Airport Road in Monticello. They offer a tasting room set in a renovated 1886 farmhouse decorated with antiques.
Wolf Park
Wolf Park is a unique, non-profit educational center dedicated to the study of gray wolves. Wolf Howl nights are every Saturday night (weather permitting) and Friday nights in the summer. Wolf Park is located at 4012 E. 800 N. two miles North of Battle Ground, IN.
Crooked Creek Trails
Crooked Creek Trails is located between Monticello and Logansport off Highway 24 and Lake Cicott. They offer chaperoned horseback rides for the novice to the experienced.
Fair Oaks Farms
Fair Oaks Farms is an operating dairy farm. It offers exhibits that explain how the dairy industry protects the environment, cares for the cows, and ensures the highest quality of milk possible. You can tour the dairy farm and see the milking process first hand. The birthing barn is a unique facility designed to showcase the miraculous creation of life.

- Take I-65 south to exit 201, you will turn left going east on U. S. 24. As you enter Monticello, turn left at the 2nd stoplight going north on 6th street. You will see the Indiana Beach sign. Continue north; please note that the name of the street will change to N.W. Shafer Drive. You will pass the south entrance to Indiana Beach Amusement Resort. Continue over the bridge and turn left at the stoplight. There is a sign that says Indiana Beach Campground.
FROM PEORIA
- Take U. S. 24 east to Monticello. As you enter Monticello, turn left at the 2nd stoplight on 6th street. You will see the Indiana Beach sign. Continue north; please note that the name of the street will change to N.W. Shafer Drive. You will pass the south entrance to Indiana Beach Amusement Resort. Continue over the bridge and turn left at the stoplight. There is a sign that says Indiana Beach Campground.
FROM INDIANAPOLIS
- Take I-65 north to exit 178 located northwest of Lafayette. Take a right turn onto State Road 43 going north. Stay on this road until you reach the town of Reynolds where you will turn right (east) onto U.S. 24. At the 2nd stoplight in Monticello, you will see the Indiana Beach sign, turn left onto 6th Street going north. Continue north; please note that the name of the street will change to N.W. Shafer Drive. You will pass the south entrance to Indiana Beach Amusement Resort. Continue over the bridge and turn left at the stoplight. There is a sign that says Indiana Beach Campground.
FROM SOUTH BEND
- Take U.S. 31 south to U. S. 24, turn right going west on U.S. 24. You will drive through downtown Monticello. Turn right at the Indiana Beach sign going north on 6th street. Continue north; please note that the name of the street will change to N. W. Shafer Drive. You will pass the south entrance to Indiana Beach Amusement Resort. Continue over the bridge and turn left at the stoplight. There is a sign that says Indiana Beach Campground.
FROM FORT WAYNE
- Take U.S. 24 west to Monticello; you will drive through downtown Monticello. Turn right at the Indiana Beach sign going north on 6th Street. Continue north; please note that the name of the street will change to N. W. Shafer Drive. You will pass the south entrance to Indiana Beach Amusement Resort. Continue over the bridge and turn left at the stoplight. There is a sign that says Indiana Beach Campground
FROM CINCINNATI
- Take I-74 to Indianapolis. Then take 465 East to 865 towards Chicago. From 865, you will turn north on I-65 to Chicago. Continue north until you reach exit 178 located northwest of Lafayette.
