THROUGHOUT THE YEAR WE HAVE GOLF SCRAMBLES EVERY THURSDAY AT 11AM, WATER AEROBICS MONDAY-FRIDAY, EXERCISE CLASS MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY AT 9AM, AND YOGA TUESDAY AND THURSDAY AT 9AM.

Reservations

All rates are tax included.
Electric is a metered charge for 1-month stay or longer.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, & Travelers Checks.
Personal Checks are accepted for deposits on advance reservations within 30 days of arrival.
Reservations are highly recommended. Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
Children three (3) and under are free.
One (1) camping unit and two (2) automobiles per campsite.
Prices cover up to two (2) people per site. Limit six (6) adults per site.

Deposit Policy

Reservations less than $500.00: Upon booking, guests are required to make a deposit of $250.00 or make mpayment in full if the reservation is less than $250.00. Payment in full is due one (1) week prior to arrival.
Rental Reservations: Upon booking, guests are required to make a deposit of $500.00 or make payment in full if the resrvation is less than $500.00. Payment in full is due one (1) week prior to arrival.
Long-Term Stays: For reservations greater than $500.00, guests are required to make a deposit of $500.00. The remaining balance is due in full one (1) week prior to arrival..

Cancellation Policy

All Holiday stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All Seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
For reservations less than 30 days: For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be returned as a camping credit less a $50.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.
For reservations longer than 30 days: All reservations require a deposit of $500.00 upon booking. Deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations.

Cancellation Policy with Assurance Cancellation Protection

For reservations less than 30 days: For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.
For reservations longer than 30 days: All reservations require a deposit of $500.00 upon booking. For cancellations 30 days or more before check-in, deposit will be returned as a camping credit less a $100.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 30 days before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.

Check-In and Check-Out

Hassle-free check-in with an escort to your site is available.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins.
All campers, guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.
