Reservations

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, & Travelers Checks.
• Personal Checks are accepted for deposits on advance reservations within 30 days of arrival.
• Reservations are highly recommended.  Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
• Minimum age limited at the resort is 33 years old.
• One (1) camping unit and two (2) automobiles per campsite.
• Prices cover up to two (2) adults per site.
• Six month and annuals pay water, and their electric needs to be in their own name.
• Monthly reservations pay for their electric through the resort.
• Electric is only included in daily and weekly rates.

Deposit Policy

• Reservations less than $500.00: Upon booking, guests are required to make a deposit of $250.00 or make mpayment in full if the reservation is less than $250.00.  Payment in full is due one (1) week prior to arrival.
• Long-Term Stays: For reservations greater than $500.00, guests are required to make a deposit of $500.00.  The remaining balance is due in full one (1) week prior to arrival..

Cancellation Policy

• All Holiday stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All Seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
• For reservations less than 30 days: For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be returned as a camping credit less a $50.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.
• For reservations longer than 30 days: All reservations require a deposit of $500.00 upon booking. Deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations.

Cancellation Policy with Assurance Cancellation Protection

• For reservations less than 30 days: For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.
• For reservations longer than 30 days: All reservations require a deposit of $500.00 upon booking. For cancellations 30 days or more before check-in, deposit will be returned as a camping credit less a $100.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 30 days before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Hassle-free check-in with an escort to your site is available.
• Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• All campers, guests and visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
• To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
• Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.
