How can I make a reservation?

Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Can we pay by check upon arrival?
Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins.  Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee.  Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day.

Do you allow bicycles?
Yes, we do. Helmets are required by law for anyone under 14 years of age.

Do you allow 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, mopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards, go carts, ripsticks?
Sorry, these are not permitted to operate in the park.

Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Please visit our Rules section for more information.

Are your pools heated and do you have lifeguards?
We have two (2) pools, and they are not heated. No lifeguards are provided. Pool use is strictly at your own risk. Pool hours are 10:00 a.m. - dusk. Pool rules are clearly posted and enforced. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times to and in the pool area.

Do you allow visitors?
  Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests.  Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests.  All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass.  Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site?
  Sorry, this is not allowed.

Can we set up a tent for our children?
  Absolutely, and there is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home.

You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles?
  Yes, we do.

Are we allowed to have a campfire?
  Absolutely! Every site has a fire ring. We ask that you keep the fire ring off the grass and attended at all times. There are no group gatherings or fires after 11:00 p.m. for consideration of our quiet hours of 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. This is strictly enforced.
