Reservations 

• Reservations are highly recommended.  Your credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made.
• We require payment in full at time of reservation.
• One (1) camping unit per campsite.
• Base Rate includes for two (2) adults and three (3) children under the age of 18.
• Additional guests are $6/day for both adults and children.
• Overnight guests are $10/night for adults and $8/night for children.
• Children age four (4) and under are free.
• Additional vehicles are $3/day.
• Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends require a three night minimum to book.
• $3/night upcharge for Friday and Saturday nights.

Cave Tours

• Tours last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• Guests will enjoy a guided tour through our rustic cave.
• Cave temperature is usually 55 degrees year round.
• Pictures and video taping are permitted
• Comfortable closed toed shoes are recommended for all those attending a tour.
• Tours go about every 1/2 hour
• We are open year round and 7 days a week (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day).
• First tour of the day departs at 9:30am and the last tour departs at 4:00pm.
• The cave is not ADA accessible and may not be appropriate for those with fear of small enclosed areas
• Bats are present throughout the cave and are protected by the state of Virginia
• Pets are not permitted in the cave but we have a kennel where guests can leave their animals
• Food and beverages are not permitted in the cave.

Adult Campers - $13
Child Campers (4-12) - $6.50
Group rates are available for 10+ guests

1. Cancellations for the following are nonrefundable and are not eligible for a camping credit:
   • Seasonal reservations
   • Holiday weekends
     
2. Cancellations made 21+ days of arrival:
   • Full camping credit for current or following season or
   • Refund minus a $50 cancellation fee
     
3. Cancellations made 1-20 days of arrival:
   • Full camping credit for current or following season

Check-In and Check-Out

• Hassle-free check-in with an escort to your site is available.
• Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites.  Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. 
• All campers, guests and visitors must register and pay at the office upon arrival.
• To extend your stay, notify the office prior to 10:00 a.m.
• No trailer set-up after 10:00 p.m.
• Day guests must depart by 10:00 p.m., and overnight guests must depart by 11:00 a.m.
