| How can I make a reservation? |
|
Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

| Can we pay by check upon arrival? |
| Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation. |
|
|
| What are the Check-In and Check-Out times? |
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins. Extended check-outs are available until 6:00 p.m. (subject to availability).

| What is the cancellation policy? |
| Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day. |

| Do you allow bicycles? |
| Yes, we do. You must use lights on your bike after dark for your protection. We prefer children wear helmets. Please park bikes in designated bike parking areas. |

| Do you allow motorcycles, 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, gopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards & go carts? |
| We allow electric powered golf carts to come into the park; there is a $50 golf cart fee that must be paid upon arrival. If you have a 4-wheeler, see the Ranger's station for directions of where to use them. Motorcycles may only be driven from the park office/registration area to your site. Skateboards are allowed in designated areas; please see park management for details. |

| Do you allow pets? |
Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Please visit our rules page for more details.

| Are pets allowed on the beach? |
| Pets are allowed at the beach; although, we do ask that you watch your pet carefully and don't leave it unattended and please pick up after your pet. |

| Do you allow visitors? |
| |
Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests. Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests. All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park.

| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? |

Yes, one tent is allowed at management's discretion; however, a no hook-up site fee must be paid. See our rates page for more details. |

| Can we set up a tent for our children? |
| |
Absolutely, if there is room on the site (management's discretion). There is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home. |

| You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles? |

Yes, we do; we cater to everyone. |

| Are we allowed to have a campfire? |
| |
Absolutely! Every site has a fire ring; we ask that you keep the ring in its place. If you are in a no hook-up camping area, there are no fire rings; although, you are welcome to build a fire, we ask that you please don't leave it unattended. All fires must be extinguished completely when you retire for the night. Please do not burn any garbage. |

We offer a free Wi-Fi hot spot at our Ranger Station. Please check your welcome packet for login/password information. |
