Reservations are accepted by phone, mail or e-mail. Please see our Reservations Page on this site. You can secure your reservation with a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. |

| Can we pay by check upon arrival? | |
| Sorry, we require payment in full at time of reservation. | |
| What are the check-in and check-out times? | |
| Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. for campsites and 4:00 p.m. for rental cabins. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. for both campsites and rental cabins. |

| What is the cancellation policy? | |
| Cancellation Policy: 21 days or more notice required to receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service fee. Twenty (20) days to one (1) day notice will be eligible for a credit in the current or following season. No refunds or credits will be given for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. All holiday reservations are non-refundable/non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. All seasonal deposits are non-refundable. If not arriving on your scheduled day, you must call and notify the park or your site will be forfeited as of 8:00 a.m. the following day. | |
| Are you close to the beach? | |
| We have two beautiful private beaches located right on property! | |
| Do you allow bicycles? | |
| Yes, we do. We require bicyclists wear a helmet while operating. | |
| Do you allow 4-wheelers, dirt bikes, golf carts, mopeds, mini-motorcycles of any kind, skateboards, go carts, ripsticks? | |
| Sorry, these are not permitted to operate in the park. | |
| Do you allow pets? | |
| Yes, we are a pet friendly resort. Please visit our rules page for more details. | |
| Are pets allowed on the beach? |

| Sorry, there are no pets allowed at our beaches. |

| Do you allow visitors? | |
| Yes. Campers are responsible for their guests. Visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m. unless registered as overnight guests. Visitors arriving after 9:00 p.m. must register as overnight guests. All guests four years of age and older must purchase a guest pass. Unregistered guests and their hosts will be asked to leave the park. |

| Can another family set up a tent or pop-up on our site? | |
| If there is room on your site and you are not crowding your neighbor, you are more than welcome to set up an additional tent. There is a doubling up fee associated with this, so we would encourage any additional family members to rent their own site. | |
| Can we set up a tent for our children? |
|
| Absolutely, if there is room on the site (management's discretion). There is no charge if they are your dependent children. Dependent children are under 18, unmarried and living at home. |

| You are a family camping resort, do you cater to singles? | |
| Yes, we do. Any singles making reservations need to have one member of their group at least 21 years or older. We do check identification. | |
| Is there a speed limit on Peters Pond for boats? | |
| Peters Pond has unrestricted horsepower. Please drive slow and cautiously near our beaches. | |
| Do you have an area to hold large group gatherings? | |
| Yes, we do. We have a tent available and catering services. Please see groups page for additional information. | |
| Are we allowed to have a campfire? | |
| We do not allow open fires (restrictions by the county). You are allowed to rent one of our propane fed fire pits to take back to your site and roast marshmallows on! | |
| Do you offer internet connection? | |
| Yes, we offer a free Wi-Fi hot spot located in the Rocky Raccoon room right next to the store. | |
